I take a unique and individualized approach to weight concerns. My approach includes exploring food and behavior patterns while focusing on creating new healthy habits rather than focusing on the scale. 


I will teach you both what-to-eat and how-to-eat to nourish your body and feel satisfied by food. I provide nutrition guidance without severe calorie restriction or rigidity. If you want long term results, then fad diets, cleanses, and meal replacements simply won't work. 


I see it as my job to help you uncover your healthy inner self.
